Air Domes.

Double-layer membrane

We offer the supply and assembly of an air dome structures utilizing double-layer, lineless, high-frequency welded membrane technology for all shell components. We handle the complete scope of works, including: electrical installations, main and emergency lighting fixtures, inflation and heating units, revolving and emergency exit doors, as well as technical and transport/evacuation airlocks.

Our production process utilizes cutting-edge membrane joining technologies, including self-propelled welding machines from FIAB 960. We use premium PVC membranes from leading European manufacturers (Serge Ferrari, Verseidag, Sioen, Heytex).

Arched Halls.

Single or double-layer membrane

We offer the supply and assembly of halls constructed from lightweight, corrosion- and fire-protected steel arches. Individual solutions tailored to client needs are available; single assembly element dimensions range from 8 to 24 meters wide. The hall length is customizable as the structure consists of repeated individual elements.

All membranes we use are certified for fire resistance according to EN 13501-1 and are protected against biological, chemical, and UV factors.

Hall Systems.

Each air dome structure includes a dedicated Automation and Control System. This integrated system uses PLC controllers, microprocessors, and AI to manage and control all installed equipment and systems. It analyzes, predicts, and prevents potential damage to key components, ensuring safe and energy-efficient operation.

This system can reduce operating costs by up to 30% and provides full control via a computer or smartphone app.

We also offer the WES3 system, a mobile wireless evacuation and fire detection system. Visual and audible alarms facilitate rapid evacuation. WES3 uses radio communication and includes wireless smoke detectors, temperature sensors, and manual fire alarms.

FINANCING.

Temporary sports field enclosure

Do not restrict the ability to conduct training sessions and practice sports.
Don’t let the climate shorten your training season.
You can train on the pitch only from April to October.
In winter, you have to train in a gymnasium.

In response to the growing demand for year‑round availability of sports infrastructure, we propose a safe and flexible financial model that does not require the City Hall or the Sports and Recreation Center to incur any upfront investment costs.

Scope of the proposed solution

We offer the following:

Delivery and installation of an airdome over the existing pitch, including all necessary equipment and a complete ground‑anchoring system.
A full‑season structure designed for winter conditions.
Delivery and installation of heating and air‑inflation units, as well as emergency backup systems powered by independent diesel engines.
Delivery and installation of an automation and control system (optional).
Delivery and installation of primary LED lighting, as well as emergency and evacuation lighting.
Preparation of as‑built documentation.
Preparation of operating manuals and staff training.
Full integration with the existing sports infrastructure.
Option for seasonal dismantling (optional).

Investment financing model

The investment costs are covered by an external investor.
The City Hall or the Sports and Recreation Center repays the investment in instalments (e.g., monthly or annually).
The repayment schedule is adjusted to the budgetary capacity of the institution.
No need to allocate own funds at the implementation stage.
